Energy Star also has performance evaluation tools that are available that can be very helpful when trying to find ways to cut down on the amount of energy that is used at your property. It also helps to generate extra cost savings by lower overall energy bills.<\/li>\n<li>Professional accreditations \u2013 there are various associations and organizations that offer eco-friendly accreditation, including IFMA\u2019s Sustainability Facility Professional, LEED\u2019s Accredited Professional, Association of Energy Engineers\u2019 Certified Energy Manager, and American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers\u2019 High-Performance Building Design Professional Certification.
